    This is now ready for the copper foil inter layer segments that will be gilded to the FRP form between the radial lines. There are exposed copper wires embedded in the rim to contact the foil and connect to the twitch coils inside the disk, as well as the shell field coil and groundplain. The coil/shell cap is made of FRP, lined inside and out with aluminum foil and has a contact ring built inside for the carbon rod probe that is the top of the surface field generator. pg
