Howdy, My apology for the delays, but below is the lengthy UN Agenda 21 info previously promised. My quest to learn more about this surreptitious erosion our freedoms in the name of “sustainability” began while preparing a challenge to the Wetland Reserve Program (WRP) proposed by my neighbor in 2007 that will impact my ranch property. This issue crosses the entire political spectrum in rural and urban America as you will find in the verity of links. I appreciate the value and some pitfalls of alternate and improved energy and sustainable agricultural processes, having managed wind energy and diesel emission control projects, and manufacturing board from straw. What is Agenda 21, Who should know, How will it affect you, and Why to take heed.

UN agenda 21 is a term that must become familiar to any person, producer and leader in the United States who is involved in production of food, fiber and raw materials, or the second amendment and property rights. UN Agenda 21 was established at the 1992 United Nations Conference on Environment and Development, or “Earth Summit”, in Rio de Janeiro as a “global agenda for transition to sustainability in the 21ast century”. Though never having been formally accepted or ratified by the United States Congress or Judicial system, this “soft law” agenda is being implemented by executive order, bureaucratic stealth and fiat via NGOs and government agencies such as the EPA, Department of Interior and USDA, plus Nature Conservancy, USGBC and Public Lands Council. House of Representative Concurrent Resolution 353 of 1992 technically expressed support but not open debate and ratification.

Our taxes are being used to eradicate our property rights. Under the guise of “Sustainability” and “Environmental Stewardship”, our property rights, water rights, the “right to farm” and our Constitution are being methodically undermined by mostly well meaning public servants and “environmentalists” who are not aware they are tools in the systematically destabilizing and destroying of access to our resources and our ability to cost effectively produce food, fiber, shelter, minerals and energy. Prudent use of and recycling of resources is a common sense means of sustaining life on our planet and “feels good”. However, the concept of entrepreneurial success and personal responsibility, as in the United States, has dramatically increased our efficiency in utilizing and preserving resources. This has resulted in a food and fiber cost in proportion to average income that is among the lowest in the world. This has freed about 98% or our population to pursue other less strenuous endeavors with greater income, which has exponentially enhanced our standard of living.

China, Russia, and most authoritarian or “third world governments have little regard for actual implementation of UN Agenda 21, but are willing to goad us and continue to erode our competitiveness in the world. Even more damaging, we are being manipulated to fund their “efforts” while a significant percentage of the support funds are being skimmed as graft which is customary in those nation states.

UN agenda 21 takes a stealthy and underlying, but fundamental top down approach that a small select group of unelected or regulated World central planners have greater rights to control land and resource utilization than owners of property, water rights, and fire arms and businesses related thereto. A deeper agenda is to remove human access and habitation from vast areas of private lands such as in the western United States in the pretext of “environmental sustainability” for wildlife. Understanding the finances and motives of the persons and organizations behind UN Agenda 21 is vital to diverting the hidden agenda of this serious treat to our survival, so that we may persevere to preserve and enhance our access to property and resources for future generations. At first I hesitated to answer your request to post my letter. However, rereading that link is a reminder from which I cannot shrink. I had already chosen to take another “step up that continuum, away from denial” when at the end of my introducing e-mail when I stated, “I look forward to your comments and to working with you to halt and reverse the negative impacts of this Agenda”. Your did the same in your request to post. Lets Roll.
