Wind Fraud in California?

Federal Bureaucrats and

Elected officials suppressed key report

Failed to halt project or recover taxpayer dollars “It was heartbreaking to see this project desecrate such a historically and culturally significant landscape, and it’s even worse when you find out that it was built on false claims by the developer, and with the assistance of the BLM. “– Anthony Pico, Chairman, Viejas Band of Kumeyaay Indians.

By Miriam Raftery April 30, 2014 (Ocotillo)

– An international wind energy expert has concluded that Pattern Energy appears to have defrauded the federal government in order to obtain lucrative tax subsidies for a wind energy development in southern California that has failed to live up to the developer’s claims. “I believe we have a clear case for the False Claims Act,” Nicolas Boccard told East County Magazine, after reviewing full first-year wind production data for the Ocotillo Wind Energy Facility on U..S. Bureau of Land Management (BLM) public land.  The project produced only about half of the energy that Pattern claimed it would produce—far below levels deemed viable for a wind project, a second expert confirms. These dismal results are no surprise to Boccard, who predicted in a report written before construction of the project was  completed that Ocotillo lacks sufficient wind speeds to sustain a viable wind energy project.

Great article on just 1 large wind farm fraud being carried out in southern California. 1 among hundreds of such operations. ALL commercial wind farms are created on this con game premise. This one is just among the worst with well connected friends in high places..
All around the world the Ecoloons conspire to pauperize and enslave the worlds population for the benefit of the well connected Elite. The bureaucrats and politicians that are supposed to be working FOR us are aiding in this swindle. Time to fire the lot! We Don’t Need them! pg

pg says, “Time to fire the lot!”

I am all ears. (: The way I would fire them, in my hypothetical window into an alternative present, is to actually simply generate power in my own home via ecat, and use the big garage to grow coffee beans and other things all year round. However, I do not know how to defend high speed internet from the coming tampering by unfree countries.

The way I see it, with an independent home source of inexpensive, constant, and concentrated energy, the possibility for small home gadgets to make life simple is endless. Couldn’t you have a little granulated sugar maker, maybe an incandescent light bulb maker, and other small miracle conveniences? Not only would it preserve our own way of life, this kind of home independence would be the best export of freedom and self-reliance to poor areas.

The possibilities for home based sales over the internet are also endless, with a powerful fossil fuel based world wide shipping system and good home delivery. This could improve the lot of most women in the world so dramatically – of course along with literacy. More people would realize they do not need to put their children in these horrifying government common core day camps, and would be able to run a home, homeschool, and perhaps run a little cottage industry on the side.

@ Hi Zeke; We must defend this communication medium at all cost! This self organized chaos points the way to the future of a permanent civilization. The government must fear the people. we must not fear them. Or at least don’t show them fear! We don’t need bureaucratic rulers. We need public SERVANTS! If 3% of the population stands their ground they will prevail! Communication will enable them to stand together. Government works by divide and conquer. Some of us must stand together. United We Stand, Divided We Fall. pg

@Zeke I fear that the Ecat has been captured by the “powers that be” or at least they have stymied it’s dissemination for now. I believe Rossi is making progress in creating understanding of the process but he is no closer to wide spread public use. I guess I should do further investigation at his web site and see there is new information. I have not done this for a few months and am behind on the latest developments. Just having too much fun with everything else.
A wide spread small scale energy source would provide greater independence to everyone that wants it. Being trapped to the power company bothers me every day. pg

I don’t know if you were following the story of the Bundy cattle ranch in Nevada. The land he ranges his cattle on was planned for a new solar array, per Harry Reid. They seized his cattle, and began shooting some of them. (Not to mention the harassment for a species of turtle there, which is how it started, before the plans for the solar panel installation was uncovered). Here is the latest stand of the ranchers, and the return of their cattle.

@Zeke, I have been prive to this BLM and Forest Service problem since 1960 when my family bought a small ranch in cattle country. We did not run cattle on range but most of our neighbors did, some families for over 100 years on the same lands. From the start some of the bureaucrats demanded the people get off of THEIR LAND. For a short time I controlled a ranch that had Nevada range rights and was required to pay Washoe County taxes on the range right as well as grazing fees to the BLM even though I had no cattle and the ranch was in California!
Some BLM and Forest Service managers are people that wish to manage according to the real laws and others are just Ecoloon Bastards that want no miners, no grazers, no loggers, no hunters, no rock collectors, no people on THEIR LAND! The law requires that the public lands be managed for Multiple Use. And consideration must be given to existing users until the public lands are transferred to the states or private ownership per the land claim laws. All of these laws still exist, the management organizations just refuse to accept applications from citizens. Now if you are very well connected arrangements can be made through “channels”. After all what bureaucracy wants to preside over their own elimination. Instead every angle is used to drive the locals out.
In Bundy Ranch case the cows are not the problem for the BLM. Bundy private land and Water Rights is. In Nevada water is the key to everything. No development of any kind can take place in Nevada without water. Breaking the Bundy family to get the ranch water rights is the entire point of this government action. Harry Reid’s friends can not do their development without the water. pg

The paleontology group I was a member of a couple of years ago were opposing a move by the Oregon government to forbid all rock hounding, or collection of sand or shells from the coasts. That is rediculous because the rocks that are washed up with the tide may wash back out again the same day. But it was a shock that these shut-downs of the beaches was being enacted. Some also lamented that the greatest fossil collecting sites in Canada were being closed down.

The State finally issued a special permit to our rockhound group, to be able to collect a certain number of buckets of rocks, for card carrying members of the group. They accepted this compromise. I wrote a letter of protest and left the group.

In this video, the over-all plan of land seizure is discussed. I cannot vouch for the youtube channel, but you can see there is a method to the madness, and locally, people are more and more familiar with bureaucrats harassing and fining land owners to restrict what they can do with their own land. Christopher Monckton has written about this persecution of farmers and water use in Australia. This may be the overall blueprint:

0-5:18 Smart growth or regionalism, under Obama
5:18-finish Wilderness Project under NGOs and UN directives, etc..

please say something interesting
