    This container set holds 10- 2inch square pots with cuttings of tomato root stock for grafting, This is a special disease resistant rootstock for grafting fruiting tomatoes that might be susceptible to one or more types of root rot. This is generally used for greenhouse propagation as tomatoes are tender perennials. Modern varieties are bred for high production over a short period and their roots dislike cold wet soils. The seeds for root stock are very expensive but the plant can be quite long lived. I have 5-4 year old plants that I keep small, in the green house and take cuttings from. pg
